How we work
Skin treatments disappoint more often from the wrong choice than the wrong machine. Every course here begins with an assessment: your skin type, its condition, what you already use, and what has or has not worked. Only then do we recommend a treatment — and we will say when the honest answer is fewer sessions, a gentler option, or none at all. Anything that looks like it needs a doctor, we will tell you to see one.

Skin tone matters here
Deeper skin tones carry a genuine risk of lasting darkening when exfoliation or needling is pushed too far — a mark that can outlast the concern being treated. We assess tone before choosing a strength, and we start lighter than most people expect. Daily sun protection is part of every plan we write; without it, Gulf sun undoes between sessions much of what is achieved in them.
Who treats you
Skin treatments at Haya are delivered by Asmaa Alsamraai, our cosmetologist, Saturday to Thursday, 11:00–20:00. Cosmetology is skin care and aesthetics, not medical dermatology — if something needs a doctor, we will say so rather than treat it.
